Capital Planning

We have been involved in many aspects of helping public and private clients raise capital for projects throughout Oregon. Methods have included grant applications, appealing to the Oregon Legislature, creating graphics for fundraising, presenting to boards and the public, and more.

Facility Planning and Assessments

With ODE-certified TAP assessors, PIVOT has performed inspections for a number of school districts in Oregon. With these assessments, we help districts plot road maps for the future of their facilities and create plans of action for their most crucial needs. The PIVOT team also has a deep understanding of the facility planning process and knows how to reflect the community’s values in school projects.
