When the physicians at Cascadia Foot and Ankle Specialists started their practice, they wanted patients to experience more than a typical podiatrist office. They sought a forward-thinking, modern clinic that gave people an uplifting experience and put them at ease in what, for some, is a stressful and painful time.
With their TI allowance, they had a small budget but big goals, so PIVOT developed a nimble design effort that focused on design options that had multiple impacts with versatile effects.
The sleek, minimal project incorporates natural elements using wood, plants, and a cool color pallet to channel a Pacific Northwest feel. Natural light emanates the space with special privacy barn doors adorning the exam rooms which allows light to penetrate the hallway when the rooms are not in use.
The specialists at Cascadia Foot and Ankle Specialists hope that, along with the treatment they provide, their new office helps put a spring in their clients’ step.
