This project took a 6,000-SF open trolley storage building tucked under a interstate overpass and turned it into a multi-function central base for TriMet’s Maintenance-of-Way workgroup.
Like your favorite multi-function tool, the building allows a half-dozen discreet functions to each perform really well yet in a way that nestles in snug with the other functions. From the morning coffee and briefing, to quick-access parts storage, all the way to clean up and report writing, the crews that occupy this facility now enjoy a level of fit and finish commensurate with other recently-renovated facilities.
