Eugene Station Modernization

Lane Transit District

PIVOT revisited Lane Transit District's Eugene Station at the heart of downtown Eugene with a modernization project that upgraded security, accessibility, and other amenities to better serve the community.

  • Security improvements bolster the customer service area and allows for more capacity and accessibility.
  • A revamped restroom adds private, single-user and accessible stalls.
  • LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC upgrades include new gas boilers, cooling towers, and water source heat pumps that enhance indoor air quality and improve energy performance.
  • Improved back-lit wayfinding signage helps riders find their way day or night.

The improvements will allow the nearly 30-year-old station, which PIVOT designed in the ’90s, to serve the District and the community well into the future.
