The design of the new 26,000-SF building is meant to be welcoming to the public, easy to find, and easy to navigate. It will accommodate the needs of clientele, their caregivers, and County staff as it provides the support spaces that service delivery requires. The healthy and sustainable building created from durable materials that has both the flexibility for future growth and the economy to conform to allocated budgets was designed to LEED Silver criteria. The project bid under budget by $1 million and is scheduled to open in 2022.
