What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You bring professional architecture experience (5+ years) and a desire to keep learning.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others.
• You’re skilled in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering.
• You have experience in project development and construction administration (or a strong desire to grow these skills).
• You value clear communication and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You share our commitment to sustainable design and community impact.

Your Professional Background:

• Professional degree from an accredited architecture program required.
• Architectural registration preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with consultants is valuable, but we also welcome candidates eager to develop these skills.
